selepas bapak pergi

I'm sorry, I haven't read the 'Sabtu bersama Bapak' novel, so I can't provide its synopsis directly.

I really don't know. Such a term sounds quite strange and might refer to something very specific or perhaps not in the realm of typical manga. Maybe it's a very rare or even inappropriate type of manga that hasn't gained wide recognition.

Goodreads is a great place to look for synopses. There are many users who write reviews and summaries of the books they've read, so there's a good chance you'll find something about 'Sabtu bersama Bapak' there. Also, some libraries have their own online catalogs where they might include a brief synopsis of the books in their collection.

People who did not strive for improvement could be described in many ways: From a spiritual point of view, it was like having a mental cancer. The collapse of the spiritual pillar was like losing the soul. It was a state of incurable illness. In terms of thoughts, it could be said to be the demise of thoughts. Without the guidance of an ambitious thought, it was like a person without a thought. It was more tragic than death. From the perspective of the body, it was like the body had ingested arsenic. A person who lost his unique ideology and rich spiritual world was like an empty shell of a walking corpse. It was difficult for him to survive for a long time. In life, it was like a malignant tumor that brought emptiness, loneliness, illness, pain, depression, sadness, and other negative emotions, making it lifeless. For growth, it was like walking to the edge of a cliff. Once one stopped pursuing progress, all aspects of continuous growth would stagnate. In terms of development, this was the beginning of a dead end. One would become passive, lazy, muddling along, perfunctory, refusing to progress, and giving up on pursuing. In a relationship, this was a dead end. A person who lacked the state of progress, the possibility of development, and the value of being used would easily be despised by others. In the entire life, this meant the end of life. It was the abandonment of all factors, including the body, life, consciousness, spirit, material, wealth, identity, status, value, feelings, and so on. The value was lost and the meaning ended. It could also be described as slacking, lazy and procrastinating, or slacking off, or muddling along without any ambition, as long as they could live like this for the time being; living in seclusion, only thinking about the present and not caring about the future; being lazy, greedy for food and drink, lazy to do things; muddleheaded, muddleheaded, ignorant; broken pots and broken stones, if there are shortcomings and mistakes, they will develop in a bad direction instead of being corrected. Waiting for a rabbit to come out of a tree, having the mentality of wanting to succeed without working hard, or clinging to narrow experiences and not being flexible. It could also be described as not thinking about progress, giving up on oneself, playing with things and losing one's ambition, being a monk for a day, idling around, degenerating, doing nothing, and so on.

The career development prospects of a university teacher were multi-dimensional. On the positive side: - With the development of society, the equipment and resources of the school had been greatly improved compared to the past. The access to information had increased and the difficulty had decreased. This provided a good foundation for the teaching and research work of university teachers. - If university teachers continued to accumulate experience in their work, the longer they worked, the more experience they could accumulate in administrative management and other work. They might receive considerable income and generous benefits. Some university teachers could gradually increase their income as they worked hard. - For teachers who graduated with a PhD and were interested in scientific research, this was a path full of hope. They could obtain professional titles, economic income, honors, and many other rewards. However, there were also some challenges: - The competition was getting more and more intense. Doctorate qualifications were gradually becoming the standard, and the assessment indicators continued to increase with the improvement of academic qualifications. New and old teachers were facing greater pressure. In the end, the ones who stayed were often talents with connections, resources, and abilities. - The aging of the population brought about the expectation of difficulty in recruiting students for universities in the next fifteen years. In order to cope with the possible layoffs in the future, some universities had already increased the difficulty of teacher evaluation and employment assessment. - In terms of salary, teachers 'salaries were not high and the salary increase period was long. They mainly relied on research projects and papers to earn more income. If they lacked the ability or ambition in this area, they might only be able to endure low salaries and face the risk of losing their jobs. - Colleges and universities faced multiple assessments, including national, provincial, and school-level assessments, which would put pressure on teachers. - With the change in the relationship between education and population, the development trend of population birth data and graduate graduation data showed that university teachers might face a situation of oversupply. Some ordinary undergraduate colleges might close down or transform into majors. Teachers in ordinary universities might need to accept salary cuts or resign. Moreover, it was currently a buyer's market, and teachers had less bargaining power. Read more exciting novels for free
