Although the reference materials did not directly provide the content of the principal's speech at the primary school teacher's ethics warning education conference, it could be inferred that the principal's speech might involve aspects based on the content of other schools 'ethics related conferences: First, the principal might emphasize the importance of building a teacher's ethics. Teachers were the foundation of education, and teachers 'ethics were the foundation of teachers. Primary education was basic education. Good teachers' ethics had a profound impact on the growth and development of students, and it was related to whether primary schools could create a healthy and positive educational environment. Secondly, the principal might mention the problems in the current school's construction of teachers 'ethics. Even if the overall quality of primary school teachers was high, there might be shortcomings in individual teachers 'ideology and educational behavior norms. Moreover, the principal might request to strengthen the school's ethics. The first was to improve their political stance, requiring teachers to deeply understand the importance of the construction of teachers 'ethics in the strategic level of education, attach great importance to it ideologically, and actively implement it in action. The second was to build a strong line of defense. For example, using this warning education conference as an opportunity to carry out self-examination and self-correction against the relevant professional code of conduct for teachers. Teachers should be clear about the code of conduct, stick to the bottom line of behavior, improve their self-cultivation, consciously pursue excellence, and learn to brainstorm. The third was the responsibility of the compression work. We should establish and improve a working mechanism that combines education, publicity, assessment, supervision, encouragement, punishment, and other aspects. Unblocked reporting channels, accept the supervision of parents and society, establish a clue account working mechanism, pay equal attention to the teacher's ethics assessment and professional assessment, and resolutely implement the "one-vote rejection system" of teachers 'ethics. The fourth was to put forward expectations for the specific work of teachers. He hoped that teachers would not only pay attention to knowledge imparting, but also pay attention to educating people. They should combine teaching and educating people, stick to the red line of teacher's morality in their daily work, insist on teaching according to law, and influence students with noble teacher's morality. Teachers were encouraged to use their spare time to "recharge" themselves, study teaching methods suitable for primary school students, improve their teaching skills, and strive to become good teachers recognized by parents and society. <a href="/?from=ask_words" style="color:red" target="_blank">Read more exciting novels for free</a>
