Leeches were creatures that fed on the blood of animals. The world's largest leech was 1.5 meters long and weighed more than 30 kilograms. It was found in Malaysia. The way such a large leech hunted had not been reasonably explained. Some people speculated that when animals went to the river to drink water, it would attach itself to the body of the animal until it sucked the blood of the animal and climbed back into the river to wait for the next prey. In the game " Isaac's Confession," there was also a monster called the Giant Leech. Its HP was 90, and when the level increased, its HP would be 0. It would appear in the Corpse Palace and charge in the same line as the player like a leech. When it hit the wall, it would release 12 bullet screens. When its HP was over half, it would drill into the ground and aim at the player like a mother's leg to release 10 bullet screens without any changes. In addition, there were also giant leeches in the deep sea. Although there were behemoths that were 7 meters long and 15 meters in diameter, they basically only appeared in the deep sea and were almost harmless to humans. Unless they were deep sea explorers, it was difficult to see them.
