The political review of the recruitment of university student village officials involved the review of personnel files. Student files would be used for political review when applying for the college student village official position. This was because the files were historical records of personal political quality, moral character, ideology, learning and work experience, professionalism, work style, work performance, honesty and self-discipline, law-abiding, family status, social relations, and so on. Therefore, during the political review, the file was an important basis. If the file was opened without permission and did not meet the requirements, it might affect the results of the political review. For example, opening the file without permission might cause the file to become a dead file. The talent center and the unit were unwilling to accept it, and it could not be used as a valid proof material for political review. Read more exciting novels for free
