For students who are studying in institutions of higher learning before enlisting for compulsory military service, if they retain their status or enrollment qualifications during their military service according to the relevant state regulations, and voluntarily return to school or enroll after retirement, the state provides tuition exemption. If you graduate from a five-year college and join the army, if you choose to continue your studies after retiring from the army, you still have to pay tuition fees in theory. However, you can check if there are any preferential conditions for conscription in the local area. Some areas have corresponding preferential treatment for college students who enlist in the army, which may include reducing the follow-up tuition fees. However, there are huge differences in different places. You need to find out in advance and keep written evidence. In addition, if a person is awarded a third-class merit during his military service, the tuition fee will be reduced by no less than 50% after returning to school; if he is awarded two third-class merits or a second-class merit or a first-class merit, he will be exempted from all tuition fees after returning to school; if a soldier enlisted in the university has financial difficulties after retiring and returning to school, the school will reduce the tuition fees at its discretion; Within one year after returning to school, retired university students would be awarded a higher level of scholarship (excluding first-class scholarship). Read more exciting novels for free

Ma Yun had different predictions about the trend of housing prices. On the one hand, he predicted that China's housing prices would rise steadily in 2025. The reasons included the possible change in young people's housing preferences, the rise of green buildings and smart homes, the improvement of urban planning and infrastructure construction, the influence of international factors, the acceleration of urban development, policy support, stable economic growth, and the rise of technology. On the other hand, he also had a prediction that house prices would skyrocket in 2025. Judging from the current situation of the real estate market, market adjustment was a long-term process. In the past, the housing price rise cycle accumulated a lot of bubbles, and now the market was returning to rationality. The income growth of residents tended to be conservative. The mentality of home buyers was more rational and focused on their own needs and economic endurance. The rapid growth of deposits reflected people's cautious attitude towards the future economic situation. The investment fever subsided, and the relationship between supply and demand in the market was also changing. The slowing of the process of urban development reduced the demand for new housing and increased the supply of second-hand housing. These factors all affected the trend of housing prices. There were differences in the property market in different regions. The housing prices in first-tier cities were relatively strong, while the housing prices in second-tier and third-tier cities faced greater downward pressure. Although the government had introduced a policy to save the market, it was more to stabilize the market in the short term. In the end, the market had to return to the balance between supply and demand. In general, Ma Yun's prediction had some reference value, but the real estate market was affected by many complicated factors, and its trend was difficult to predict accurately.
