From a philosophical point of view, his proposition of " all things have yin and yang " reflected that everything in the world contained both yin and yang. In the aspect of life, the way of Yin and Yang was a kind of balanced thought. If Yin and Yang were balanced, one's life would be peaceful. For example, in nature, the sun and night, cold and heat, spring, summer and autumn, autumn and winter, rising and falling tides were full and empty, and one disappeared and one grew. In the human world, the law of yin and yang was also reflected in the sorrow and joy of the human heart, the order and chaos of human affairs. Furthermore, the extreme negative would produce yang, and the extreme positive would produce yin. It had the characteristic that when things reached an extreme, they would reverse, when they reached an extreme, they would decline, and when they reached a negative, they would grow.
