how to post work up job

Postdocs had a certain competitive advantage in employment. There were many advantages for post-doctors in China, such as access to more scientific research resources. Many universities and scientific research institutions had advanced equipment, sufficient funds, and excellent teams, which were conducive to in-depth research and achievements. There were more opportunities for exchanges and cooperation with top experts, and they could broaden their horizons through academic activities to obtain cutting-edge information. It was favored in the talent market. Enterprise and universities generally believed that post-doctorates represented higher academic standards and stronger scientific research capabilities. For example, when enterprises recruited R & D personnel, they would give post-doctorates higher salaries and broader development space. They could also accumulate rich teaching experience, which would help them engage in teaching in the future. However, the difficulty of finding a job for postdocs was also affected by many factors, such as the influence of research results, the matching of personal professional skills with social needs, and the development prospects of the research field involved. For example, in some emerging, popular, and high-demand research fields, postdocs might find it easier to find a job. If there were fewer research results or the profession was unpopular and out of touch with social needs, finding a job might also be challenging. Whether a permanent employee could engage in a sideline depended on many factors. In principle, civil servants and staff of public institutions were not allowed to engage in profit-making activities or part-time work for other organizations outside working hours, but there were some exceptions. For example, after getting off work, you can use your private car to run DiDi and deliver takeout after getting approval from the unit; after obtaining the qualification certificate, you can engage in labor services such as evaluation and appraisal; you can buy a house to collect rent, but you need to truthfully declare your personal property status; painting, writing, photography and other creative activities can collect copyright fees and win prizes from competitions, but you have to report to the unit and cannot affect your job. For professional and technical personnel of public institutions, the state supports and encourage them to work part-time in enterprises, scientific research institutions, universities, social organizations, etc. that are similar to their own business fields, or to use their own business projects to establish enterprises. In short, when the on-the-job personnel engaged in the sideline business, they needed to ensure that their behavior was legal and compliant, did not violate national laws and regulations, did not violate the rights and interests of the original unit, did not disclose the confidential information of the original unit, and at the same time, complied with the rules and regulations of the original unit, including the leave system, confidentiality system, non-competition, etc. Read more exciting novels for free
