After reading many webnovels, it became apparent to me that there was an urgent need for a definitive discourse on the judgment of webnovels. I have observed far too much degeneracy and baseless opinions voiced by flat-headed, insipid, nauseating, illiterate charlatans over the internet. Beyond my desire to counteract negative influences, this book will serve as the review guide to any web novel reader.
