The Price Is Your Everything

The Price Is Your Everything

Neris Truide was born with the legendary purple jewel eyes of the ancient warrior Elandria. Despite this, her peers at the noble academy bully her mercilessly, destroying her self-esteem. Adopted by the wealthy and powerful duke Elandria because of her jewel eyes, Neris eventually marries Crown Prince Abelus―only to be pushed aside for his mistress Megara, who led the bullying at school. Neris's life ends at age thirty when she is poisoned by her adoptive sister Valentin. However, instead of dying, she wakes up back at age twelve with her memories of her previous life intact. Enrolled at the academy once more, she sets about exacting revenge on those who ostracized, assaulted, and ultimately murdered her. But she didn't expect that in this life, she'd cross paths with Cledwyn Maindulante, the cunning future ruler of the north. As a determined Neris sets out to make her enemies suffer―and prevent her murder―will Cledwyn turn out to be a dangerous foe, or her closest ally ever? *********************************************** *Noticed* - The translation isn't accurate and the language used is considered informal or "messy". - It's recommended to add this to your reading list to stay updated. - Readers are encouraged to support the original creators by purchasing the official version when it's available. - There are links provided to support the translator financially. - Readers are asked to enjoy the fan translation quietly and avoid causing any trouble or seeking attention. Competition Unknown

Chapters and Release: Release days: Everyday Release time: 3pm UTC Status: Unedited. (Will edit after main story conclusion. Specifically from the start.) *** Synopsis: A fifteen years-old schoolgirl comes across a woman who was handing out leaflets for a confidential competition. Unknown to her, the competition took her out of Earth and into another dimension where she has to struggle to find clues behind why multiple worlds are having to be destroyed. The competition forces her to meet unknown entities who are both, good and bad. Sometimes, they would work for her and other times, they would work against her. The universe she goes to, causes her endless suffering until she finally solves the issue and head back to Earth. But that too, is of uncertainty. *** (Prologue) The dream of a child, is to grow up. While the dream of an adult, is to become a kid again. The dream of a poor person, is to be so wealthy and powerful, that the whole city would know their names. While the dream of a businessman, is to get the time in a day to sit and talk to his family for a second. Meanwhile, the dream of a missing or abducted person, is to go back home, to their family. And the dream of a teenager, is to simply be able to survive everything they are going through. Sometimes, people don't even know which category they belong to and move the way life moves them. Sometimes, they find a new path which leads them to even more difficulty. And in other times, they accept the hard truth, and choose to die. Thinking about the number of things that could happen instead, made her feel even more guilty for not listening to the advice of never wandering off alone. Now, she is homesick with extreme pressure of trying to grow strong, surpressing her from different direction. A normal fifteen years-old schoolgirl, comes across an opportunity to escape the hateful life she was leading. But the question is, was it really worst compared to the new life she was living? The competition grants her the things she wanted, but did it not have her pay the price for her choice? But of course, her reply would be, "I just accidentally joined it. It's no big deal compared to Earth." They are told that the worlds are all just novels they had read back at Earth, but if it were really true, why are certain things not matching with what seemed to be true in the novel compared to its world? As reckless she was, she got summoned into a different dimension where it was clearly uncertain whether she would ever be able to return back to Earth, to her previous life. But the more she got closer to Earth, the more the route got covered in blades. Turns out, the only way back, is to sacrifice the things that made her happy, and go on harsh adventures across the entire universe, while suffering threats from powerful enemies coming from the competition. (Author's note: I plan on making things more emotionally intense in the future.)

Price of Freedom

Price of Freedom

Novel PSA: Moved to Royal Road, and relaunching under Free Yet Chained on August 1st 2025 Freedom is a word undefinable by mankind. Chased indefinitely while the tunnel of freedom's infinite journey is constantly filled with rubble you need to destroy. According to the most extreme definition, one would have to be unbound by every law and concept making up the world. In Lukas’ case, he created his own definition — as any “elected” king would. Everything possible Lukas could’ve wanted was in his grasp by the time he passed into the afterlife, especially a honey-sweetened chocolate milkshake that he could barely attempt to consume. Family, health, island oasis, world peace, and the never-ending pursuit of novel stimuli. Nothing went according to plan, yet everything seemed to work out in the end. Yet the very second he passed, Lukas realized the one thing he knew would undeniably occur, failed to be given to him. Death… After two years of meandering the currents of life, he was finally able to get a grasp on reality, and rejected it. New world, new body, randomly “gifted” the power of flight after months of meditation — a perfect interpretation of freedom, and a restart he desperately did not want. What could possibly go wrong in a kingdom surrounded by walls? What was so dangerous that required walls reaching the heights of 600 feet to blanket any sense of horizon one could see? And what in the God’s is up with that reverse whirlpool this kingdom revolves around? —————————————— What to Expect: - Reincarnation MC(with consequences) - OP MC (choose to hide powers for good reason) - Slice of life engagements to give life to the world - Meaningful relationships - Dungeon Diving - Epic uses of magic!! - Blood, guts, and bones - Deep mysteries - Academy Arc(Volume 2) - No harem cuz we not about that life

What was the probability of a first-time magazine submission passing the review?
The chances of a first-time submission being approved by a magazine were very low. Because the magazine editor would select the best works for review, and the works of novice authors might not be good enough to pass the review. However, as long as the author actively communicated, revised, and displayed his talent and potential during the review process, he might be recognized and appreciated by the editor. If the work could pass the review and enter the publication stage, the author might receive royalties and reputation to become a successful author.
