Creating product features ** 1. ** Unique taste ** - With reference to the characteristics of the dumplings in various places, such as Changzhou Xiaolongbao's freshness and Wuxi Xiaolongbao's sweetness, he could develop a unique taste combination. For example, in addition to the traditional meat dumplings, they could also introduce innovative flavors, such as spicy crayfish dumplings, durian dumplings, etc., to attract consumers who pursued novel tastes. - Drawing lessons from Ding Tai Feng's experience of combining Shanxi's pastry making technology with the soup dumplings to create a unique taste, it incorporated local specialty ingredients or cooking techniques to make the soup dumplings have a unique flavor. 2. ** Stuffing preparation ** - The stuffing was carefully mixed, such as half cooked meat and half half-cooked meat, to ensure that the taste was layered and delicious. He used high-quality ingredients, such as fine thigh meat, boiled the skin with chicken soup, and mixed it into the filling to increase the freshness and soup. He did not use gourmet powder to reflect the concept of health. - They could introduce steamed buns with seasonal fillings according to different seasons, such as shepherd's purse steamed buns in spring and crab roe steamed buns in autumn. 3. ** Making dough ** - Strictly control the dough making process, such as adding 5 grams of yeast to a catty of flour, adding a small amount of lard and white sugar to promote fermentation, and using 350 grams of warm water to make dough to ensure that the dough was soft and elastic. - Try to use special flour or ingredients to make the dough, such as using whole wheat flour to make healthy dumpling dough, or adding vegetable juice to make the dough appear different colors and unique taste. ** 2. Shop Operation ** 1. ** Site Selection ** - He chose to be near a school, business circle, or community. The students around the school had strong spending power and high acceptance of new things; the business circle had a large flow of people, and office workers and shopping crowds were potential customers; the stable consumption demand of community residents could not be underestimated. However, he had to pay attention to the balance between the rental cost and the expected income, and avoid blindly choosing a prosperous but expensive location. 2. ** packaging design ** - The packaging was made of an eco-friendly and airy paper bag with store information printed on it, such as the store name, address, contact information, and special products. This kind of packaging could not only prevent the outer skin of the buns from being soft and rotten, but it could also play a promotional role and improve the store's image. 3. ** Health Management ** - Keep the shop environment clean and tidy. From the purchase of ingredients, processing and production to the sale, we must strictly abide by hygiene standards. For example, if a customer top-ups 100 yuan to become a member and gives an additional 2 steamed dumplings, an old member who invites a new member will get 1 steamed dumpling for free (can be accumulated and has no upper limit), and a new member can also get 2 steamed dumplings to attract more customers to become members and increase the number of repeat customers. - Using social media for marketing.
