The following are some examples of variations and innovation in jade ware: ** 1. Dragon, Phoenix, and Hetian Jade's innovation in matching cards ** 1. ** An innovation that combines tradition and modern times ** - In terms of design, Dragon Phoenix and Tian Yu had an innovative performance. For example, some pairs of cards were no longer in the form of traditional antique dragons or phoenixes with long feathers. Instead, they combined the Tai Chi pattern with modern male and female symbols, and only used the cloud pattern elements of dragons and phoenixes on the edges. This design not only inherited traditional China cultural elements such as dragon and phoenix patterns, but also integrated modern concepts to meet the aesthetic needs of contemporary people. It was an ingenious fusion of tradition and modern times. 2. ** An innovation with a balance between practicality and artistry ** - The dragon and phoenix jade pair could not only be worn as ornaments, but also had the value of playing and collecting. Moreover, it could be used as a wedding gift for social purposes. As the price of gold rose, the traditional China concept of " metal " might be integrated into the concept of " gold and jade ". This was a new expansion of the practicality of jade in modern society, reflecting the innovative thinking of balancing practicality and artistry. 3. ** An innovation in the utilization of the characteristics of jade materials ** - The color of Hetian jade was relatively simple, but the dragon and phoenix jade had an innovative way of using it in the carving design. Black jade and suet white jade could be used to balance yin and yang, or cleverly use the seed material to make a design, which could not only show the beauty of the jade material but also express a profound meaning. ** 2. Craftsmanship innovation of making old-shaped beads with green seed material of Elaeagnus angustipes ** 1. ** Cutting process innovation ** - For example, in order not to waste materials during the processing of the green raw stone of the oleaster, the line cutting method was used. This cutting method could cut the raw stone relatively straight. 2. ** Creation of old bead craftsmanship ** - The latest round and straight cutting process was used to make the old beads. In the past, the edges and corners of the old beads were round and smooth. Now, the edges and corners of these beads were straight. The bracelet made was beautiful and elegant. At the same time, it retained the natural pores of the seed material. While improving the aesthetics, it also reflected the new use of the characteristics of the raw materials. ** 3. Looking at the variation of the shape of jade from a historical perspective ** 1. ** Jade of Hongshan Culture ** - Take the Jade Pig Dragon as an example. It was considered to be the earliest prototype of a dragon, but its appearance was special. There was a lot of controversy in the archaeological community about whether it was defined as a pig or a dragon. Some people thought it was a bear. It reflected the uniqueness of the Hongshan culture's jade ware, which was a great variation from the traditional dragon shape. Moreover, a large number of Hongshan jade sculptures had a variety of animals appearing together. The Jade Pig Dragon was considered to be the expression of the earliest embryos of various animals. This concept of sculpture was very different from the jade sculptures in other cultures. 2. ** Shijiahe Culture Jade God Face ** - The jade god face in the Shijiahe culture combined the dual characteristics of gods and beasts, and the face was decorated with exquisite and delicate Yang characters. This kind of shape that combined the image of a god and the characteristics of a beast was a variation compared to a simple human-shaped or beast-shaped jade. It showed a unique jade culture. Read more exciting novels for free
