Meaning Perfect Master Ultra instinct and all of goku's abilities. This happens before the rating match and the story will continue on before the rating match. No! Goku will not get a harem. Follow the story of a 20 years otaku in the world of My Hero Academia. He will be reborn as vegeta and conquer the world of MHA as a Saiyan.
