Figure skating is an elegant sport. The athletes wear gorgeous clothes and perform all kinds of beautiful movements on the ice. The following is a model essay about figure skating: On the ice, a young figure skater was gliding at full speed. Her body tensed up, and her face showed a hint of nervousness. Her eyes were fixed in front of her, hoping to perform a perfect action. Her coach was standing beside her, watching her closely. The coach patted her back gently and told her to stay calm, relax, and trust herself. The athlete nodded at the coach's words. She took a deep breath and shifted her body's center of gravity forward to make her slide more stable. Her feet trembled slightly as she spun her skates in a beautiful arc in the air. Finally, she completed a difficult move. The athlete closed his eyes to feel the strength of the ice and his movements. When she opened her eyes, she found that she had been gliding on the ice for a while, and her body felt more relaxed. The coach looked at her and nodded with a smile. The athlete felt very happy because she had realized her dream and proved that she was an excellent figure skater.

The All-powerful King of Ice and Snow was recommended. The author was Assassin Tenderly. This was a novel about sports events. The main character, Qiao Yu, was super awesome. His performance in the Winter Olympics surprised Kyuzun Hasou, Shaun White was the runner-up, and Bjorn Darren turned off the TV. More than 500,000 words, rating 3/5, 6000 words per day. The advantage was that the introduction of technical terms such as figure skating was compact and reasonable. The weakness was that the "Rebirth"+"system script had a poor sense of substitution, and the beginning was a routine with ambiguous emotional lines. One Piece from Island Owner to King was also not bad. The author was Tian Qi Dao. The light novel spawned a doujinshi. It was about farming in the world of pirates. The male protagonist, Wang Hai, took over as the island owner after the death of the island owner's father and brother. There were many characters in the book, and their information was detailed. Also, was the author of "The Strongest Full-time Dark Mage" a weirdo? The light novel had a doujin, a magical world background, the male lead Qin Chen, two female leads, and a group of fickle netizens. [Immortal Cultivation Simulation: I Unlocked the Myth of a Sect], by Zhang Gong. In a xianxia novel, the male protagonist, Zhang Yiliu, transmigrated to become the eldest senior brother of the sect leader. He relied on the immortal cultivation simulator to train his disciples to start the legend of the sect. "Hong Kong Comprehensive from Stanley Prison" was superb, and the author kept updating. In the urban life genre, the male protagonist, Ding Yunfeng, was reborn in the world of Hong Kong movies. He was a prison guard and was full of love for his country. The writing was smooth, updated and stable, and the rhythm was strong. Read more exciting novels for free

Figure skating had a certain requirement for one's figure and talent. In terms of sports selection, men and women's single skating required slender figures, well-proportioned bodies, strong physical expression skills, and strong balance. This was because single skating required two to four weeks of jumping and spinning. When landing, the sense of balance had to be very stable in order to complete the action and strive for good results. The Quettelet index (weight kg/height cm×1000) reflected the degree of the human body's development and the degree of bone and muscle development. Generally speaking, male athletes were required to be well-proportioned, strong, thin, and have elastic muscles. Female athletes were required to be light and have less fat. At the same time, a good body shape was also very important. Most excellent figure skaters were well-proportioned, with long arms, wide shoulders and narrow hips. Long lower limbs could show better artistic form, but too long would affect ice jumping or spinning. The proportion of lower limbs and height needed to be considered to obtain good jumping ability. The inverted triangle body shape of the torso was more conducive to adapting to the technical points of figure skating and showing the beauty of the shape. In pairs skating and ice dancing, the women must be small, flexible, and balanced, because throwing and lifting required a sense of balance and direction. Small bodies were easy for male partners to lift, and male athletes must be tall and strong, with the ability to lift and coordinate synchronization to cooperate with their female partners to complete various movements. There was no absolute standard for figure skating, but it might not be suitable if it was too short or too fat. Moreover, it had to be beautiful.
