Pada tahun 2089 muncul virus yang menyebar di bumi, virus ini bernama "DB" atau demon blood, virus DB dapat dilihat, virus ini berwarna merah dan teksturnya seperti slime, virus ini akan menyebar ke tubuh jika masuk kedalam tubuh, saat virus ini masuk kedalam tubuh virus ini akan mulai menyebar, saat virus mengendalikan inti sel otak, maka tubuh manusia akan mulai bertranformasi menjadi makhluk bertubuh besar berwarna merah dengan tanduk dan akan memulai menyerang manusia lain, mereka memanggilnya Demon, manusia telah berusaha mencari penawar sayangnya tidak ditemukan, manusia telah dalam keputusasaan hingga suatu hari, muncul sekelompok manusia yang memakai mecha armor yang terbuat dari virus DB, mereka dipanggil sebagain The Demon Hunter, mereka menjelaskan cara mengubah virus menjadi sebuah mecha armor, salah satu syaratnya adalah memiliki kekuatan mental pikiran yang kuat untuk mengendalikan virusnya, virus biasanya berwarna merah, tetapi ada virus yang berwarna selain merah karena jenis virus ini adalah variant, manusia telah bangkit kembali, mereka membuat organisasi untuk memberantas para Demon yaitu "TDHG" atau The Demon Hunter Guild. 4 tahun telah berlalu, seorang laki laki bernama Maku Sahada umur 16 ingin bergabung TDHG, alasan dia ingin bergabung adalah dia tidak ingin kejadian yang menimpa keluarganya terjadi kepada orang lain dan mencari penawarnya, tetapi dia tidak bisa bergabung dikarenakan saat test kekuatan mentalnya kurang kuat, ini bisa mengubah dia menjadi seorang Demon, apakah dia bisa bergabung dengan TDHG untuk mencapai tujuannya?
