The opening scene of Kung Fu was mainly constructed through three moves. The first move was to see the big picture from the small. Inside the police station, the camera panned from the first floor to the second floor and back to the first floor, showing the scene of gangsters bullying the police arrogantly, reflecting the collapse of the original moral order. The second move was to make people think that the Gator Gang was very powerful, but they would be killed by the Axe Gang as soon as they went out. The big gang would destroy the small gang at the entrance of the station in broad daylight, showing the law of the jungle where the strong preyed on the weak. It would also establish a mode of continuous grinding and leveling. The third move was highly refined. The dance scenes within the Axe Gang were highly summarized and refined. Through flashbacks of photos and scenes, the whole picture and development history of the Axe Gang were outlined in a few strokes. In less than five minutes, the background of the movie was explained clearly. The main characters also appeared on stage. There were even text explanations to help understand.
