La dernière chose que j'ai entendue, c'est sa confession... c'est elle qui a ouvert les portes pour laisser entrer les zombies et qui m'a tout mis sur le dos. C'était vraiment touchant. Et puis, je me suis réveillée en pyjama de soie avec une seconde chance. Le truc, quand on sait que l'apocalypse arrive, c'est qu'on se prépare. J'ai vidé les supermarchés, volé des armes, rempli un stockage spatial avec assez de provisions pour survivre à la fin du monde. J'ai aussi retenu la leçon sur les pouvoirs — ils drainent votre force vitale, et je ne vais pas mourir deux fois pour avoir le privilège de lancer des vignes partout. Alors je suis restée à la maison, dans le manoir que je partageais avec mon tuteur et son chef de la sécurité.
