One common theme is sacrifice. In many stories, lovers are willing to sacrifice their own interests for the sake of their beloved. For example, in 'Romeo and Juliet', they are willing to risk their lives for their love.

Also, 'Jane Eyre' is an excellent love story. Jane, an ordinary but strong - willed woman, falls in love with Mr. Rochester in a rather complicated situation.

Sure. 'The Fault in Our Stars' is a great one. It tells a beautiful and poignant love story between two teenagers who meet in a cancer support group.
