I think Hercules would be the likely winner. His strength and determination have proven unbeatable in many tales. But Ares' strategic mind and combat skills could give him a fighting chance too.

In 1997, the film released by the disney company, Hercules, was a classic animation. The story was adapted from ancient Greek mythology and was directed by Ron Clements and John Musk. It told the story of Heracles, the son of Zeus, who was persecuted by Hades and became a mortal. In the end, he still struggled to become a superhero. There was also an animated film, Hercules, which was broadcasted by Windmill Animation. The director was John Musk, Ron Clements, and the main actors included Tate Donovan. It was rated 6.0 on Douban. In the story, Hercules was the son of Zeus. He was born with divine power but was demoted to a mortal by Hades. However, he still had divine power after becoming a mortal. Well, for one, the characters themselves are very interesting. Young Hercules with his growing powers and Iolaus with his wits. Fanfiction allows us to see different sides of them. Maybe Hercules is more vulnerable in some stories, or Iolaus has a hidden power. Also, the setting of their world is full of magic and mystery, which gives writers a lot of room to create exciting plots in fanfiction.

A popular fanfiction is 'When Hercules Was Weak'. In this story, Hercules loses his strength for a while and Iolaus has to protect him. It's a great take on their relationship as it shows that Iolaus is not just a sidekick but a true friend who can be strong when needed. There are also fanfictions that explore their backstories, like how they first met and became friends, which add depth to their characters.

I recommend a few novels. " Rebirth Era Series, My Body Is Covered with Words " was an urban life novel written by Yun Tanyu. The protagonist, Ember Rebirth, was crazily browsing through the entries in the era series. It was super interesting from being timid to punching hard. " Celestial Money " was a novel created by the confused Yu Zai. It was about the innate spiritual light and the greedy person who became the " Celestial Money " and advanced in various worlds. The protagonist who walked the path of commerce was very novel. " StarCraft: The Glory of the Starsoul " was a novel written by Jekyll and Amy. The fake game player had transmigrated into the Archbishop of the Starsoul, Attannis. It was very passionate. " The Adventurer's Guide to Azeroth " was awesome. Little White Rabbit obediently wrote it. The protagonist brought the readers to experience all kinds of knowledge about Azeroth. Although the author was sick, he recovered again. It was very inspirational. There was also " The Holy Light Won't Bless You ", a masterpiece of Warcraft Doujinshi. The main character, the hunter, was adventuring in Azeroth. Although the updates weren't stable, it was worth watching. The last one was " Beautiful Man, I Don't Know Fire Dance at the First Draw ", a manga novel written by Xia Ji Bei Feng. Read more exciting novels for free

In Greek mythology, Ares was the God of War, one of the twelve gods of Mount Olympus. He was the son of Zeus and Hera. He had a noble status, an extraordinary appearance, a mighty body, and was wearing armor. Ares was a symbol of power and authority, but he was bloodthirsty, warlike, and cruel. He was the embodiment of bloody battles. His martial arts were strong, but he had suffered many defeats. During the Trojans 'war, he helped the Trojans fight against the Greek. He was stabbed by the Greek hero Diomedes and defeated by Athena many times. He was handsome and loved by Aphrodite. However, he was caught red-handed by the God of Fire, Hecunstus, when he was having a tryst with Aphrodite, and became a joke in the Divine Realm. Ares was originally a god revered by the Thracians. He was regarded as the god of the underworld, representing primitive desires and barbarism. In the early days of ancient Greece, it gradually evolved into the god of war worshipped by the ancient Greek people, symbolizing war and power. As civilization progressed, his image evolved into the bloodthirsty god feared by the ancient greeks, representing pure violence and destruction. His followers were his sons Terror, Tremble, Panic, and Fear, the goddess of sister discord, Eris, his wife Enyo, the goddess of city destruction, and a group of bloodthirsty demons. His beloved mistress was Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty, and they had a daughter named Harmonia. His favorite place was Thrace, the rugged northern land, and his emblems were a spear and a burning torch, and his pets were vultures and hounds. Its image left a lasting mark in ancient Greek literature and art (such as the epic works, the Iliad, and sculptures), and also provided inspiration for later literary and artistic works. The Disney story of Hercules has some basis in the real myth. The core idea of Hercules being a heroic figure with extraordinary strength is there. But Disney simplified and modified a great deal. In the real myth, Hercules had to complete the Twelve Labors which were often quite dark and difficult. Disney took that concept and made it into a more upbeat and less gory adventure for kids. Also, the way Hercules' character is developed in Disney is different from the more complex and often flawed character in the original myth.

One of his main adventures was the Twelve Labors. He had to perform tasks like slaying the Nemean Lion, which had an impenetrable hide. Another was cleaning the Augean stables in a single day. He also captured the Erymanthian Boar.

It depends. Ares could be interesting in comics depending on how they are portrayed and the story context.

Not sure. I haven't heard of a sequel for the Ares manhwa yet.
