Breakwater: MINA
In storm-soaked Breakwater, street hustler Ash Moreno lives by one rule: get paid, stay unseen. Then a routine job becomes a tenement fire, and he drags a silent girl from the smoke. Mina doesn’t speak—she draws. Puddles, cranes, faces without eyes. Too often, the sketches come true. Overnight, fixers smell leverage, COA patrols push deeper, and every “easy” job turns into a setup. Partners burn bright and burn out. The city calls it renewal. Ash calls it a hunt. He can’t save Breakwater. But with Mina’s pages darkening and the net closing, he can still decide what—and who—he’s willing to set alight.
