The payment of freshmen had attracted much attention due to malicious deductions. According to reports, in 2021, Xinsheng Pay was fined by the central bank for settling funds to non-identical accounts of merchants and providing "T+0" settlement to unqualified special merchants in violation of regulations, with a fine of nearly 9 million yuan. As for the deduction, industry insiders said that payment companies needed to be responsible when reviewing merchants 'qualifications, but from the perspective of social responsibility, payment companies might not fulfill their obligations. In user complaints, Freshman Pay was accused of providing payment channels for some online lending platforms, and users were maliciously charged after filling in the Captcha. Although Freshman Pay's role in the payment channel was to bear the payment function, Freshman Pay did not give a clear answer to the malicious deduction. Therefore, the division of responsibility for the deduction of the freshmen's payment still needed further investigation and confirmation. " Rebirth " was originally written by " Fei Ke's Banquet."
