To become a strong person, you can start from the following aspects: ** 1. Mentality Shaping ** 1. ** Face setbacks positively ** - There were inevitable setbacks in life, such as Crusoe's many survival challenges on the deserted island, facing food shortage, shelter construction and other difficulties. However, he relied on his strong perseverance to compare the advantages and disadvantages, and thus actively responded. He lived on the island for 28 years. When we encounter difficulties in life, we should also be like him. We should not be defeated by setbacks, but treat setbacks as opportunities for growth, learn from failures, and find solutions to problems. 2. ** Cultivate an optimistic attitude ** - Even in a difficult situation, one must remain optimistic. For example, Meilian Huang had suffered from cerebral paralysis since she was young. She faced many problems such as losing her balance and language difficulties. The doctor determined that she would not live past the age of six, but she looked at her situation optimistically and only paid attention to what she had. With her tenacious will, she was admitted to the famous University of California in the United States and received a doctor's degree in art. We should also learn to see the positive side of life and not be affected by negative emotions. 3. ** Overcome the fear in your heart ** - He had to learn to overcome his inner fears of loneliness. Some people were afraid of being alone. They felt that it would bring a lot of pressure and make them appear weak. But in reality, solitude could be an opportunity for self-growth. One had to realize that loneliness was not the same as being abandoned. Through self-regulation and adaptation, such as cultivating hobbies, one could enrich themselves when they were alone, thus overcoming the vulnerability brought by this fear. ** 2. Cultivating behavior ** 1. ** Enhances self-solving ability ** - People with strong personalities often did not seek help easily, but took on many things on their own. In daily life, we can start with small things and do our own things to gradually improve our ability to solve problems by ourselves. For example, when learning to ride a bicycle, you might fall down many times, but don't give up easily. Learn to ride a bicycle through your own efforts and persistence. 2. ** Persevere in a difficult situation ** - Cactuses grew tenaciously in harsh environments even if their owners didn't water them for a week. When we are faced with difficulties, we must also have this kind of perseverance. Whether it was learning, work, or difficulties in life, one must persevere and work hard. They must not be disturbed by external unfavorable factors and firmly move toward their goals. 3. ** Learn to take responsibility independently ** - For a strong woman, she was used to bearing the joys and sorrows of life herself. When she was tired, she carried it herself, when it hurt, she walked away, and when she cried, she wiped it away herself. We must also learn to shoulder our own responsibilities independently, not rely on others, and gradually grow into strong people in life. When having the first time with a trans person, it's important to be aware of the language you use. Use the pronouns they prefer. In a work or group setting, for instance, if they introduce themselves with certain pronouns, make sure you use them correctly. Also, if you have questions about their identity, ask in a respectful way. Maybe start by saying something like 'I'm really interested in learning more about your experiences as a trans person, if you're okay with sharing?'

It might involve a lot of patience and understanding. Parents would likely need to be supportive and respectful of the kid's choices.
