lomba microteaching 2022

Micro-teaching was generally used to simulate teaching activities for students and on-the-job teachers in normal colleges. It was a small-scale teaching activity created by Professor D.Allen of Stanford University in the United States. It used modern audio and visual equipment (cameras, video cameras, etc.) to train students to master certain skills and techniques. In universities, the general method of microteaching was to have a certain number of trainees (such as about 10 people) use 10 to 15 minutes to conduct a trial lecture on a certain teaching segment, such as "organizing teaching" or "teaching new lessons." The trial lecture was recorded by a video recorder. The instructor and the trainees watched it together to analyze the advantages and disadvantages together. Then, they trained until they mastered the correct teaching skills. Because this training activity was only attended by a small number of people, the time was relatively short, and it only trained to master a certain teaching skill, it was called micro-teaching, also known as micro-teaching. According to the theories of education and psychology, microteaching plays a significant role in the training of teaching behavior of college students (especially those in normal colleges) by means of modern audio and visual technology. In all kinds of normal colleges in our country, almost all of them have microclassrooms, and in other colleges and universities (such as sports and music), microteaching has also been implemented. Read more exciting novels for free
