In some aspects, 'Dark Man' is like the comic book. However, there are changes made for the adaptation to the medium or to add new elements for the audience. For example, the character designs might be slightly different or some subplots might be expanded or condensed.
Man vs. Wild Comic Books was a series of books that told the adventures of an expedition team led by Kim Byung Man in a sparsely populated primitive jungle. Through vivid illustrations and storylines, these comic books allowed children to learn many useful survival skills and cultivate wisdom, perseverance, and courage. Each book was set in a different location and mission, such as the Amazon rainforest, Madagascar, Siberia, the Caribbean, Namibia, and Namibia. These comic books not only allowed children to understand nature and different cultures, but they could also feel the importance of teamwork and growth. This series of books was published by Changjiang Children's Press and adapted from the celebrity survival reality show produced by South Korea's SSS TV station, Kim Byung Man's Law of the Jungle.
