The ninth season of the 2024 China Poetry Conference was broadcast on March 10, 2024. Its theme included "Spring","Colorful","Brave","Taste","Mister","Cold and Heat","Mountains and Rivers","Lights","Meeting","On the Road" and so on. The program was hosted by Long Yang and adopted a team competition system. Eight contestants were selected for each match and divided into two teams for the competition. After five rounds of competition, the team with the highest points won. In terms of guests, Kang Zhen was absent many times. For example, on May 11th, the ninth game with the theme of "Reunion" was broadcast. The guest commentators were Yang Yu, a professor from Central South University, and Li Bo, a professor from Nanjing Normal University. The program revolved around the "five prominent characteristics" of Chinese civilization, using AI, virtual and real interaction and other technical means to restore the "corridor of Chinese civilization" across time and space. It integrated animation, real-life interpretation, virtual presentation and other techniques to integrate poetry into the nuances of life. It also opened up online and offline, creating physical figurines and digital virtual collections of poetry. At the same time, it upgraded the 5G communication multi-person connection system to realize the simultaneous answering and voting of the "Cloud Ten Thousand People Group". However, there were also some disputes about the season's program, such as the waste of resources in the situation questions, the interpretation of too much, the wrong focus in the drawing time, and the perfect expression of the contestants.
