The American Tycoon From Mafia to Business Empire

The American Tycoon From Mafia to Business Empire

Leo Valentino was once an ordinary U.S. Navy major who narrowly survived the brutal battles of the Pacific Theater during World War II. However, after landing a furious punch on his superior—General MacArthur—he was dishonorably discharged. Once hailed as a war hero, Leo found that in post-war America, glory meant little. Stripped of his honor and resources, he returned to his hometown of Lynchburg with nothing. But no one knew the truth: Leo's soul came from the 21st century. Armed with a sharp understanding of modern economics, mastery of business models and investment strategies, and in-depth knowledge of real estate development trends, he began to forge a new path. After enduring one crisis after another, he entered the real estate market, gradually amassing wealth. With his unique foresight, Leo soon expanded into retail, finance, fast food chains, and entertainment. His rise, however, was anything but smooth. In New York, he crossed paths with ruthless mafia bosses, corrupt politicians, greedy capitalists, and even former comrades. Each carried their own ambitions and shadows in a land brimming with opportunity—and danger. Faced with threats from all directions, Leo was forced to make difficult choices between justice and pragmatism. Navigating both boardrooms and back alleys, he began to build a business empire of his own. From a disgraced veteran to one of the most powerful tycoons of his era, Leo Valentino’s story is more than just a tale of business success—it is an epic saga of survival, intelligence, and ambition.

While the dream of an adult, is to become a kid again. The dream of a poor person, is to be so wealthy and powerful, that the whole city would know their names. While the dream of a businessman, is to get the time in a day to sit and talk to his family for a second. Meanwhile, the dream of a missing or abducted person, is to go back home, to their family. And the dream of a teenager, is to simply be able to survive everything they are going through. Sometimes, people don't even know which category they belong to and move the way life moves them. Thinking about the number of things that could happen instead, made her feel even more guilty for not listening to the advice of never wandering off alone. Now, she is homesick with extreme pressure of trying to grow strong, surpressing her from different direction. A normal fifteen years-old schoolgirl, comes across an opportunity to escape the hateful life she was leading. But the question is, was it really worst compared to the new life she was living? The competition grants her the things she wanted, but did it not have her pay the price for her choice? But of course, her reply would be, "I just accidentally joined it. It's no big deal compared to Earth." They are told that the worlds are all just novels they had read back at Earth, but if it were really true, why are certain things not matching with what seemed to be true in the novel compared to its world? As reckless she was, she got summoned into a different dimension where it was clearly uncertain whether she would ever be able to return back to Earth, to her previous life. But the more she got closer to Earth, the more the route got covered in blades. Turns out, the only way back, is to sacrifice the things that made her happy, and go on harsh adventures across the entire universe, while suffering threats from powerful enemies coming from the competition. (Author's note: I plan on making things more emotionally intense in the future.)

Anglo-American Doujinshi
The British and American Doujinshi referred to the re-creation of the characters, plots, character settings, and other elements in the British and American dramas to create Doujinshi works with similar backgrounds and character plots. When creating British and American Doujinshi, one often needed to refer to the characters, plots, and character settings in the original work. At the same time, one also needed to consider the emotional recognition and cultural preferences of the fans of the original work. Therefore, doujinshi works would usually add some unique elements and creativity to meet the needs of different readers while maintaining the original theme and core. Although the creation of British and American Doujinshi could bring some entertainment and cultural enjoyment, it was also necessary to respect the copyright of the original work and the rights of the original author to avoid copyright infringement and plagiarism.
