Integrating beast weaponry into there power and Humanity became more powerful than thought. 2700 AD; 300 years before the treaty between Humanity and Domineer's were established, in the 8th or eighth Planetary War, a monster, an abomination attacked both sides and War Hero's killed and learned it was a hybrid Domineer and Human. And after many more decades. 3000 AD the treaty was made. and current time 3010 AD.
