Kairo Arden expected peace when he arrived at Aurelia Villa. A beautiful village. Warm meals. Old courtyards. Golden fields. A family that welcomed him like he had always belonged. But Velmora is not as quiet as it looks. Behind the ponds, orchards, sports grounds, festivals, and laughing cousins, the village carries old secrets that refuse to stay buried. The Solen family and the Veylan family share more history than anyone admits, and somewhere beyond the northern forest, an abandoned mansion waits with answers no one wants to face. At the center of it all is Elara Solen — graceful, gentle, impossible to read, and far more dangerous to Kairo’s calm heart than any village rumor. While Kairo tries to understand his new life, Niko turns every peaceful moment into chaos, Mira watches everyone with deadpan judgment, and Velmora slowly reveals that love, laughter, family, and secrets can all grow from the same soil. Koi Kage is a village drama about warmth, comedy, slow-burn emotion, hidden history, and the quiet shadows love leaves behind.

YUKI NO kOI

For centuries, stories have been told of mysterious marks borne on the skin. Some call them a blessing. Others, a curse. Fourteen-year-old Arata has known only the quiet life of the remote village of Shion - until a single night wipes away everything he once knew. Creatures of darkness descend upon his home, flames devour the streets, and deep beneath his skin, a mark he had long ignored awakens for the very first time. In a single night, Arata is thrust into a world ordinary people were never meant to know - a world of Konju, enigmatic soul-beings, branded marks, and secrets that have been deliberately buried in darkness for centuries. But the closer Arata comes to the truth, the clearer one thing becomes: Not every mark grants power. Some devour the soul of their bearer from within. And some - he senses this long before he truly understands it - should never have been awakened at all.

Lu Feng grits his teeth at Fu Xiaoxiao, who remains completely unmoved by his countless attempts to seduce her, and traps her in his arms. "Boss, let's talk this through. I know forty a month is a bit much — how about... five less?" Trapped in his embrace, Fu Xiaoxiao thinks he's unhappy with her high salary and starts bargaining. "I'm giving myself to you for free." Lu Feng grinds out through clenched teeth. This woman has no heart. "...Can I say no?" Fu Xiaoxiao swallows, staring at the washboard abs so close. "Such a good deal — are you sure you don't want it?" Lu Feng squints, tempting her. "Fine." A fool turns down a bargain.
