Same New World: Homecoming

Same New World: Homecoming

A misunderstanding between his childhood friend and crush Danielle led to Cooper walking away from Texas three years ago. Now he's back and trying to get over the past. But it's not easy when the past lives next door; smiling at him with warm green eyes and light brown hair. Meanwhile there is another world on a collision course with his. It threatens to pull him away from everything, and everyone, he loves. He wanted a new normal, and he's getting it. ---------------------------------------------- Author's note: This story is one I've been working on for years. It never felt right to me until I got injured and was bedridden for a fair bit of time. After binging on k-dramas and anime I realized I was trying to shove a square peg through a round hole. I was trying to write a straight up urban fantasy story when what I needed was a romance that gets interrupted by an urban fantasy story. I'm a fan of the Isekai premise but I think the stories coming out nowadays are stale and and just cut and paste OP wish fulfillment. I wanted to do one that did something fresh with the premise. I've self-published on Amazon but it's hard to sell books without having fans. So I'm hoping to find readers by making the book available. WARNING: This story is intended for a mature audience. While a majority of it is about romance/drama/fluffy childhood friend tomboy flirting the story also features horror elements. There are depictions of graphic violence/attempted rape/gore. As well as characters using derogatory language involving sexual preference.

The Villainess Now Has the Whole Galaxy on Their Knees

The Villainess Now Has the Whole Galaxy on Their Knees

Sophie Wexler transmigrated into a novel about The Galaxy, becoming the vicious, F-rank Healer-class cannon fodder. The original owner constantly caused trouble and made things difficult for the female lead, earning her the hatred of the entire internet. Upon transmigrating and seeing that everything had been ruined by the original owner, Sophie's only thought was: "What kind of nightmare start is this?!" To escape the original owner's fate, Sophie Wexler worked diligently, conducted herself conscientiously, stayed away from the male and female leads, compensated the soldiers harmed by the original owner, and strove to be a model citizen of The Galaxy, absolutely refusing to be the cannon fodder 'offed' by the Imperial Marshal! Broke and powerless, Sophie also had to support a man who'd been innocently dragged into the original owner's mess. She had no choice but to hustle. She started live streaming, became a masked singer, and held concerts. At first, netizens were scornful: 【Tsk, how good can she possibly sound?】 Later, the netizens were forced to eat their words. 【Damn, that's so good I'm on my knees!】 【What the hell, the violent episode of my Disorder Period has actually been soothed?!】 【The toxins in my Spiritual Sea have actually been eliminated!】 Her live streams went viral, the masked singer became a huge sensation, and tickets for her concerts were snapped up across The Galaxy. Sophie was content, thinking, "This time, I must have finally escaped the original owner's fate, right?" But what do you know, the man I've been doting on and supporting is actually the Imperial Marshal?! --- One day, Yancey Forrest came home to find that the boisterous person who was always claiming to be good to him was gone. His eyes darkened. Provoke me and then think you can leave? After catching her, Yancey traced his fingertips along Sophie's neck, smiling gently. "Why run?" Sophie trembled. "You... you're the Imperial Marshal?" His identity exposed, Yancey Forrest took her hand and slowly placed it on his own neck ring. "You know I won't kill you, don't you?"

Homecoming novel, physical book, male protagonist injured
In the novel " Return," the male protagonist, Lu Yanchen, was injured while carrying out a mission. For example, after a bomb disposal mission, although he was wearing an explosion-proof suit, he used his arm to block the impact, causing the bone in his left arm to fracture. Qin Mingyu's leg was injured. When he was rescued, he was already unconscious. After diagnosis, he had a fracture in his calf bone. During the operation, a steel plate was placed on the fracture, and he could not exercise vigorously for at least three months. Read more exciting novels for free

Ancestral Homecoming
I recommend " My Liver Will Become a Deity ", a light novel written by the author, Lone Pale Bird. The male protagonist, Xue Jing, had a panel with unlimited liver skills after his rebirth. He wanted to become a true god in the dangerous world with his body. The evolution of skills from [Running] to [Godly Speed] was really cool. The supporting characters were outstanding, unlike the main characters in some novels who were solo. There were many types of power systems. However, there were also problems with this book. It was the same old routine. The writing style was passable but not strong enough. There were many poisonous points in the early stages. The logic was sometimes chaotic, but the creativity was good. The ratings were both high and low. Some people felt that it was an old hand's smurf. Overall, it was similar to Final Divine Duty. The Western Paradise Funeral Group was not bad either. It was a Xianxia novel written by A Golden Millet Dream. The male protagonist, Tang Sanzang, was super strange. He brought Sun Wukong, Zhu Ganglie, and others to the Western Paradise. This process was joyful and black-bellied. The character settings were interesting, like Tang San's lowly to the bone. Although the author's story became more and more ridiculous in the later stages, the beginning was very funny. It was a story of the Journey to the West that subverted everyone's understanding. It was recommended by three and a half stars. " The Mage Returns " was an urban novel. It was about a magician who had traveled back in time to the city to create a magical world. There was a problem with the story. The protagonist had a thousand years of experience, but he was conflicted about small things like renting a house. The progress of magic was slow, and there was no result even after dozens of chapters. It was not as expected. Read more exciting novels for free

Introduction to Homecoming
There were two novels called 'Hometown': - It was the novella by Ivan Bunin, Homecoming. Ivan Bunin was a famous Russian poet and novelist, an outstanding representative of Russian critical realism, and the last classical writer in the history of Russian literature. He won the Pushkin Prize in Literature twice and the Nobel Prize in 1933. His novella had an elegy tone and was written in a short 50,000 words. The novel was included in a collection of 12 of his short and medium-length stories. Nine of them were award-winning works, and the remaining three were excellent works in the later period. - Ji Hongjian's painting book, Hometown: The Story of Mao and Shaoshan, told the story of the great man, Mao, who set off from Shaoshan to study when he was a teenager and returned to Shaoshan five times after that. He returned to Shaoshan in October 1919 and wrote the Ode to Mother in tears when his mother died. He returned to Shaoshan in January 1921 and guided his younger siblings to join the revolution. He returned to Shaoshan in 1925 and ignited the fire of the peasant movement in Shaoshan. At the beginning of 1927, he returned to Shaoshan to encourage the villagers to free their minds and work together; in June 1959, he returned to his hometown after 32 years of separation, lamenting the great changes in his hometown and motherland and expressing his longing for his relatives in his hometown, showing his great revolutionary spirit, deep patriotic feelings and strong hometown affection. Read more exciting novels for free
