He just grabbed some of Odysseus' men and ate them. Odysseus was very clever though. He had some wine with him. He offered it to the Cyclops. The Cyclops drank it and got drunk. Odysseus told the Cyclops his name was 'Nobody'. After that, Odysseus and his men made a big sharp stick. They used it to poke the Cyclops' eye out while he was sleeping. When the Cyclops yelled for help, the other Cyclopes thought he was just being silly since he said 'Nobody' was attacking him. So Odysseus and his men were able to get away by hiding under the sheep.
