tell your most embarrassing story

I went on a first date to a nice restaurant. I was trying to be all suave and cool. When the waiter came to take our order, I was so busy trying to look good in front of my date that I didn't pay attention to what the waiter was saying. So when he asked me what I wanted to drink, I just blurted out 'Coke' without realizing they only served fancy wines and sparkling waters there. My date laughed, but I was so embarrassed.

I had to give a speech in front of the whole school. I got up on stage, looked at all those faces, and my mind just went blank. I stood there for what felt like an eternity, just staring at the crowd. Then I started stuttering and couldn't get my words out properly. It was so humiliating. I could feel my face getting hotter and hotter as I struggled to speak.

When I was in high school, I went to the cafeteria to buy lunch. I thought I had enough money, but when it was my turn to pay, I was short. I had to rummage through my bag in front of a long line of people, hoping to find some loose change. In the end, I had to put some items back.
