Here are some stories about friends: ** The Story of a Friend and a Half ** There was a wealthy family whose only son was doted on, but when he grew up, he made some fair-weather friends. He was ignorant and incompetent all day long, and he always treated them to meals. His parents could tell that these friends were here for money and were not sincere, but his son did not believe them. Therefore, the father designed an experiment. He asked his son to call his friends over and tell them that his son had fought and killed someone, and that the Public Security Bureau was pursuing him. His son hid and observed. When his friends saw him with blood, they found excuses to leave and never came back. The son was very depressed, and only then did he believe his parents. The father said that he only had one and a half friends, so he took his son to a friend's house. After the father explained the situation, the friend went into the house and took out 300,000 yuan and a check, indicating that he could only provide this help. The father declined and left. He told his son that this was only half a friend. Then, the father took his son to a friend's house who was in a poor family and had two children. After hearing this, his friend also went into the house for a long time. After coming out, he told his father to go home without worry and that his son would be fine. Under his father's questioning, his friend told him the truth. He had just entered the house to discuss with his two sons. Because his father was his good friend and only had one son, he wanted to help, so he asked his sons to discuss who would go to jail for his friend's son. ** The Short Tailed Rabbit and the Big-Mouthed Pelican ** The short-tailed rabbit and the big-mouthed pelican became friends by the lake. They often chatted, walked, and played games together. Once, Xiaotu came to play with the pelican. The postman, Black Bear, came to deliver a package and asked if the gannets lived here. Xiaotu said no and sent the black bear away because he didn't know that the pelican was also called a gannet. When the pelican came back and found out about this, Xiaotu quickly ran to get the package back. A few days later, the pelican heard someone calling for help by the lake. There was a moldy cheese in front of the hole, but Jerry was not there. Tom climbed onto the roof and recalled the past. He had broken Jerry's heart time and time again. Later, he heard movement in the kitchen. Tom ran to check and found that Jerry was moving sausages for dinner. They smiled at each other and hugged each other. Jerry teased Tom for putting cheese at the entrance of the cave without skill, and Tom said that it took him so long to come back. In fact, after Jerry was angered and left, he returned to his hometown and was involved in the war. He became a general and even a clan leader. He stayed for decades. Another possibility is that it was created by a cultural organization to preserve and promote New Zealand's heritage.
