The so-called Invincible Treasure Mirror was a way of thinking that could resolve anxiety. It pointed out that people often lived according to the survival rules of the capital system (with money and power as the only measure), resulting in anxiety and internal friction. This was because many people found that they had no money, no power, no house, no car, and no high education. They felt that they were losers. However, there was another kind of survival evaluation system in society, which was based on survival. As long as one was alive, there were endless possibilities. Being alive was a winner in life. To comprehend this mental cultivation method, one needed to break through the secular realm, return to the essence of human beings, and rebuild the system. For example, even if one was penniless, one could survive through extreme survival (such as eating steamed buns, drinking tap water, sleeping in the park, etc.). If one had the bottom line of living, one did not have to care too much about other people's comments. One would use living as capital to do things. With a strong psychological endurance, one would focus on oneself, be fearless of difficulties, and gradually improve one's strength.
