Sights can be very powerful. For instance, seeing an old building that was part of your childhood neighborhood can bring back memories of playing around there and all the related events in your back story.

Memories can bring back your back story by acting as triggers. For example, a particular smell might remind you of a place where an important event in your back story occurred. It could be the scent of a flower that was present at a childhood home, and suddenly, memories flood in, and with them, the details of that part of your past.

You might try looking for a backup option if the platform provides it. Sometimes, they store your work automatically to help you retrieve it in such cases.

First, check if there's an auto-save option or a recent history section. Sometimes, your story could be there. Also, see if there's a way to restore previous versions within the story builder's settings.

One of the key elements is my love for music. Since I was a child, I've been drawn to music. I would listen to all kinds of music, from classical to rock. This love for music has been a constant in my back story. It has given me an emotional outlet and also influenced my taste in other aspects of life.
