El 1 de diciembre de 2022 el jurado del Concurso Nacional de Cuento "Hubert Lanssiers 2022", compuesto por los escritores Miluska Benavides, Leslie Guevara, Alejandro Neyra, Gustavo Rodríguez y Miguel Ruíz Effio, se reunió para elegir a los ganadores y menciones honrosas de dicho concurso. Se recibieron 151 relatos a nivel nacional, y se contó con un comité lector integrado por 80 voluntarios designados por Machucabotons Escuela de Escritura, para la lectura y preelección.
