What if Subaru's phone is not an ancient flip phone but rather a modern one with good storage and processing capacity, and what if his phone remains functional even when he is in another world? Also Re:zero is just an anime in Subaru's world and yes he heard it all the time because people can't stop saying "This you?" To him every chance they got.
