A soldier's journey in the Plaguelands to Utopia

A soldier's journey in the Plaguelands to Utopia

Another world, another story, another protagonist… Stephan Lancaster was an introvert his whole life living on planet Earth. Since his parents died and left him with a huge sum of money, the first thing he did was to buy an expensive gaming computer. His whole room was basically a gaming area. He had spent hours playing and gaining skills until he became a legend in more than a hundred games. However, everything changed when a girl claiming herself to be a seat holder drags him from the Earth to Masmoenia and forces him to switch bodies with a man who was exiled outside the walls. She offered him a system to help him become stronger and familiarize him with his old living style; it’s just that this time he is the character playing instead of being behind his monitor. On top of it all, she called the system Wonderland. [Welcome to Wonderland] the system spoke. Masmoenia is a planet existing in another alternate universe. There is a disease called Ustriestan that no one knows where it originates or the cure for it. It’s a disease that invades the body and mind and turns people into monsters hunting for the souls of the living. Rumours stipulate the disease comes from a dark Empire belonging to the otherworldly dimension that hosts the dead. After the disease struck the world, many living beings changed and also the laws of life and death were messed up. The dead returned as zombies with different strengths, plants evolved and some of them developed a conscious state of mind, animals became terrifying beasts hunting for living flesh to become stronger…. To protect the remaining living from the endless tortures, all races shut themselves inside their kingdoms closing all borders against all intruders except for the vampires who took down the last two kingdoms of the human race and left them with only a small land where to live, as human titled human, not slaves. Humans living in the last kingdom called Valtrar had no other chance than to rely on old forces like the old deities and worship them, giving them offerings, doing what they asked, to simply have protection from the miasma holding the Ustriestan. ******************** If you want a cover like the one I have, you can contact kan Zi on FB

After Rebirth, I Became The Queen Of Utopia In The Beast World

After Rebirth, I Became The Queen Of Utopia In The Beast World

#BEASTTAMING #BLOODLINE #ADVENTURE Rebirth after death is already a miracle… But rebirth as a rabbit, the prey of both low-rank and high-rank beasts? Now that’s not even luck, that’s punishment. Linda Ein is born again—but in the Beast World—as a tiny, fluffy, high-value snack in a world full of predators. She discovers that the beastmen here suffer from a strange disorder that makes them shift uncontrollably between human and beast depending on their emotions, instincts, stress, or even random habits. They have no idea why this happens. But they assume it’s because their world lacks females, and that various mates for each of them will magically “fix” everything. Unfortunately for Linda and fortunately for them, Linda—now a rabbit—is the rarest female they’ve ever seen.  But Linda had one advantage no other creature had: in her previous life, she came from a family of generational zoologists, people who studied animals and passed it down to their offsprings the way other families passed down carpentry or smithing. She knew animal behavior, instincts, patterns, tricks. And this Beast World was simply… a very large, very chaotic research site. So when the beastmen begged her to stay, she lifted her rabbit ears and declared: “Perfection begins with giving me my own house.” “Done!”
“I need a store too. Beside it.” “Done!” “And… a generous supply of carrots delivered regularly. Two trucks a week isn’t bad.” “…..Done!” “Also, someone please tell that 1000-year-old flying snake to stop circling my roof.” “…” Suddenly, beastmen of all tribes are lining up, begging her…. “Queen Rabbit, please stay with me so I can stabilize!” “Me too!” “I want your presence too!” “Queen Rabbit, choose me!” Linda raises a paw. “Enough. I hear you. But this Queen Rabbit is a STEPMOTHER now so,….”

After myriad tribulations, the path to the peak is vast... what's next? is there any joy to witness anymore? But once the peak is reached, in order to attain this step, sacrifice is necessary, was it worth it? Through his sacred veil and his ten wings, he held his staff... Morpheus regarded the mortals that thrived, suffered, enjoyed, loved. Above him were the heavens, the God that pushed him through this path. Morpheus is such an individual, but God didn't count on the fact that in order to reach such a goal, a primal twist of the individual's mind is needed. "My son... you have reached the peak, but your soul might have perished along the way. Allow me to imbue your existence with joy and purpose." After reaching the peak, Morpheus felt devoided of amusement and life, forsaking all of his secular needs and desires, sacrificing himself for his family, his clan, his country, his continent... always a sacrifice. He was fated to go through the path of solitude and power. "Father... I don't want to go." Those were the words he said to the god that insisted to push him away from this world, after everything he sacrificed to reach the peak, he is to be sent away?! For what reason?! Magic is the peak of nature, the peak of human evolution, but in the vast existence there are worlds that don't believe such, worlds that believe in the path of machines. "My son, there are several worlds that might do with a touch of your grace, a touch of your knowledge... I shall now send you there as the saviour that will take those worlds back to the righteous path, you that dominate magic and life, who could possibly be better?" "But father... I... I worked so hard to reach here, how can you do this to me?!" "You don't understand this yet, my son, but this is for your own sake... go there and live, conquer, form, thrive, fight... I shall allow you to retain your memories, but the vitality of those worlds is swiftly decaying and thus, your divinity is limited... I trust you shall manage to not only save those words as you did this one but also, to finally live... don't sacrifice your desires again... follow your desires, my son." And just like that, with a living body but a dying soul, Morpheus was sent on his way with a lot of reluctance. The one that had reached the peak of nature, the peak of magic, shall face against those insolent ones that believe technology is the way, and destroy themselves in the process. My Space Connects to the Apocalyptic World

My Space Connects to the Apocalyptic World

One day, a strange hand suddenly appeared inside Chi Wan’s interdimensional space. Its owner claimed to be living in the apocalypse—starving, desperate—and begged to trade anything he had for food. Chi Wan stared at the pile of Imperial Green jade, oversized diamonds, and dozens of kilograms of gold bars he offered… and fell into deep thought. …Wasn’t this a little too profitable? From then on, her connection to the apocalypse only grew stronger. The mysterious man—who turned out to be a powerful figure—used his Wood Ability to help her revive rare orchids, cultivate endangered plants, and even harvest zombie crystal cores for the country. As for Chi Wan? She only had three responsibilities: feed him, feed him, and keep feeding him. Somehow, without realizing it, a group of extraordinary men began to gather around her: A genius research scientist. An aloof, abstinent CEO. A cold and ruthless Soldier King… In front of Chi Wan, they were gentle, attentive, and impeccably polite—each trying to outshine the others. Behind her back? They were one step away from tearing each other apart. Meanwhile, on the other side of the spatial link… The so-called King of the Apocalypse clenched his teeth in silence as he listened to these men compete for her attention. As for Chi Wan? “I’m busy getting rich and supporting my family,” she said calmly. “A battle royale of suitors? I have no idea what you’re talking about.” Until one day— An absurdly handsome man appeared at the gates of her villa… carrying a sack filled with gold and jewels. “I’m here to marry into your family,” he declared. Chi Wan glanced at him, then at the newly connected wasteland world inside her space… …and once again fell into deep thought.

Analysis of Dystopia vs Utopia in a Novel
Well, when looking at dystopia vs utopia in a novel, dystopias are usually characterized by oppression. For example, in 'Brave New World', people are conditioned from birth and lack true freedom. Utopias seem perfect on the surface, but often they have flaws hidden beneath. A novel might use this contrast to make readers think about the real world and what kind of society we want to build.

What are the main characteristics of utopia dystopia novels?
Well, utopia dystopia novels usually have a strong sense of social commentary. They critique current or possible future social issues. For example, 'The Handmaid's Tale' comments on gender inequality and the abuse of power. They also often play with the idea of control. In dystopias, there's excessive control over the population, like in 'Brave New World' where people are controlled from birth. In utopias, there might be a more benevolent form of control. And the characters in these novels are usually trying to either maintain the status quo (in utopias) or break free (in dystopias).

What are the main themes in dystopia and utopia short stories?
Dystopia short stories usually deal with themes such as the dehumanization of society. In 'Fahrenheit 451', the burning of books is a sign of suppressing human knowledge and thought. Oppression is also a key theme, where a group or the state restricts the rights of individuals. Utopia short stories, on the other hand, may focus on themes like equality. In 'Looking Backward', economic and social equality is a central idea. However, sometimes utopias in these stories can seem too idealized and lack the complexity of real - life societies.
