El 1 de diciembre de 2022 el jurado del Concurso Nacional de Cuento "Hubert Lanssiers 2022", compuesto por los escritores Miluska Benavides, Leslie Guevara, Alejandro Neyra, Gustavo Rodríguez y Miguel Ruíz Effio, se reunió para elegir a los ganadores y menciones honrosas de dicho concurso. Se recibieron 151 relatos a nivel nacional, y se contó con un comité lector integrado por 80 voluntarios designados por Machucabotons Escuela de Escritura, para la lectura y preelección. Hecha la apertura de los sobres, la relación de ganadores quedó establecida de esta forma: Primer premio "Camel - Pulp" por Ostracista Seudónimo de EDWIN WALTER TOVAR CHUMPITAZ Segundo premio "Los cobardes no van al cielo" por Aaron Champi Seudónimo de EDWIN WALTER TOVAR CHUMPITAZ Se hace notar que es la primera vez en la historia del concurso que un participante recibe en simultáneo el primer y segundo premio. Gwendolynn was raised by humans. Thinking she was just like any other human, she never thought she was, in fact, an elf until she began seeing the similarities between this mythical creature, and herself. Upon discovering her origins, she starts to learn who she is, and what her race is capable of. Finding out why Elves have gone extinct, Gwendolynn has to decide what she will do with this information, and what her place is within the strands of fate. This story is going to come about in no particular order because it's based on an outline that's still being worked on. This work in particular is actually a bit of a collaboration. A friend has inspired me to write this work, so while I am doing it for her; it is still my work. Both her and I really hope you enjoy this adventure. ^^
