Rio will find himself in the Commonwealth of Fallout 4 with a system that works like a combination of the previous titles' game mechanics. It has Skills, Traits, Perks, VATS, and everything else a survivor could need to survive the wasteland. Rio must try and find his way in a world that to him was nothing more than a videogame before he died. He will meet friends and foes alike during his journey. But the biggest issue he has to deal with isn't how to shoot a gun but how to fit into a world where he isn't a human and everyone sees him as a horrifying mutant.
