After Getting Hit Twice, I Pieced Together Elysia
After Liming died and arrived in the Honkai world, he thought he could finally begin a laid-back life in another world. Instead, he awakened a fragment-collecting system that worked him to the point of coughing up blood.
He braved the elements and wandered the entire world collecting glowing orbs.
He had completed Kallen’s fragments long ago, but he did not even spare them a glance. He knew it—he was not an idiot, and neither was Otto. Kallen, however, was something of an idiot, and she could not keep Otto in check.
But Elysia was different. Elysia could let him cling to her thigh and join World Serpent, where he could freeload and idle his life away. Even after Kevin returned, there would not be much he could do to him.
After ten whole years, he finally gathered ninety-nine fragments on his twentieth birthday. The moment he bent down to pick up the ninety-ninth fragment, he was sent flying by fourteen-year-old street-racing delinquent Bronya. When he got back up, he spotted the hundredth fragment glowing not far away. Overjoyed, he lunged toward it, only to be run over a second time by Tesla driving a Tesla, knocking him into a month-long coma.
The moment he woke up, Liming immediately combined the hundred Elysia fragments.
What he assembled was not the Herrscher of Human: Ego, who could fight and take a beating, but merely a pink soul residing inside his body whose mouth never stopped moving.
“Shut up! I spent ten years working my ass off, only to assemble a chatterbox?!”
Watching the pink figure swaying back and forth before him, Liming’s dream of freeloading and idling his life away shattered.
