This is where the kingdom building comes in, not so much in the Egypt arc. (As a side note, an Egyptian kingdom building novel would be cool.) After that he will improve Okkaran society and conquer various interest groups/peoples/nations around the world. He won’t conquer earth until after the third celestial host (2000AD). My main reason is not to mess up the timeline of the comics but also because the Celestials tell him to stay put during the second host along with the gods in 1000 AD, mutants have yet to rise in the general populace, and Gaia still has faith in humanity which she loses in the 21st century bringing the return of the Elder Gods to wipe out humanity (pollution has real consequences guys).
