The Professional Shipper's Guide to Romance
I love romance.
Just... not my own.
Watching two idiots slowly fall in love? Peak entertainment.
Being one of those idiots?
Nope.
@Author's Note
First of all, thanks for giving this story a shot.
Before you dive in, there are a few things I'd like to make clear so everyone knows what they're signing up for.
1. This isn't your typical rom-com protagonist.
If you're expecting the MC to confess to every heroine he meets, build a harem, or actively chase every romance route... this probably isn't the story for you.
Sam genuinely enjoys being a shipper. He'd rather push two other people together than become the male lead himself. That's not him being "cowardly" that's literally his personality, and it's the entire premise of the story.
2. The heroines will be adults.
I'm not interested in writing romance involving underage characters. The female leads will all be around the protagonist's age or older.
3. English isn't my first language, in fact, it's my fourth language.
I write every chapter myself, but I use AI to polish grammar and sentence flow. Every line is still written, checked, and edited by me. AI is simply a tool that helps me present my ideas more clearly.
So if your only complaint is, "The author used AI to fix his English," then this story probably isn't for you either.
If you don't enjoy the plot, the characters, or the pacing, that's completely fair. Feel free to leave honest criticism. I genuinely appreciate constructive feedback because it helps me improve.
4. Updates may not be consistent.
I'm writing this in my free time while working a full-time job, so real life comes first. I'll upload whenever I can, but I don't want to make promises I can't keep.
5. No Patreon.
There isn't one, and there won't be one anytime soon. This story is completely free to read.
That's about it.
If you decide to stick around, I hope you enjoy watching the world's biggest shipper accidentally become the center of every romance route.
Have fun, and thanks for reading!
And yes the novel cover is from

it's his, not mine.
