What started off as a peaceful protest against the absurd traffic laws became a full on revolution. Now, rebellion is the norm. The cops stopped enforcing justice instead they started enforcing fear into the rebels. Raised during this chaos a new generation of riders rose. they don't know what life was like before the fight all they know is rebellion. United under a masked symbol these kids have never seen, these young rebels ride not just to survive, but to bring back what this city lost. In this story, don't ask who? ask why?.
