Stranger things season five possible outcome/storyline Max wakes up after being in her coma but wakes up with injuries. This idea came from theories that I’ve seen online plus season four last episode. Max clearly had a lot of injuries when we last saw her so she could very easily and very possibly be left with many injuries when she wakes up from her coma. So i decided to start writing this fanfic where it basically does happen I don’t know if this will ever happen in the actual show but this is my interpretation of what could possibly happen in season five. Basically Max wakes up and she is blind as she suffered severe trauma to her eyes plus just before she technically died she told Lucas she couldn’t see anything. She also said she couldn’t fill anything and her legs and arms were broken at the same time so due to that The could cause trauma meaning that she could be left with some sort of permanent spinal injury as she did fall quite far as well. So in this fanfic she will be blind and have a spinal injury just like what is possible for season 5.
