Max made his first appearance in Tyler's series. This is a continuation of Max's story, though it's a few years after Tyler's took place. There are some things that are not explained in it, those things will be explained in Tyler's series' next volume.

As Max prepares to leave his ordinary life behind, he realizes that his life is about to change in ways he can't imagine. He's stepping into the unknown, and the humdrum of his life at the bookstore will be replaced by the thrill of adventure and the echo of the calling amulet.

This story follows a team of 5 people: Kon, Lina, Kaito, Sandra, and their teacher Oscar as they unveil the mysteries of this new world. This is my first attempt at writing a story.
