KEEP IT LOWKEY
In the modern city of New Haven, life appears perfectly ordinary.
The trains run on time, and kids go to school. Neighbors smile during evening walks. Families gather for community social events, sports festivals, and awkward parent meetings.
To outsiders, the quiet suburban estate in New Haven known as Haven Heights is just another tranquil, serene, and wealthy neighborhood tucked somewhere on Earth.
But beneath this normalcy lies a silent rule shared by every resident at Haven Heights:
Keep it LOWKEY.
Because in Haven Heights, almost everyone is hiding something.
Hidden in the neighborhood of Haven Heights are special beings who are descendants of strange bloodlines, secret organizations, self-proclaimed heroes, underground delinquents, that should not exist.
Watching over them all residents at Haven Heights are mysterious forces, the elusive Watchers, whose true intentions remain unknown. The Suppression Bureau, which monitors supernatural exposure and suppresses dangerous abilities before the public notices.
Into this strange neighborhood arrives the Jason family, hoping for a peaceful new beginning after years of moving from place to place, but settling into Haven Heights quickly proves challenging when every family on the block seems suspiciously abnormal.
As eldest son Caleb Jason struggles to settle in and adapt to his bizarre new environment, he slowly uncovers unsettling truths hidden beneath the neighborhood's cheerful smiles — mysterious organizations, secret rivalries, unexplained disappearances, and strange coincidences all somehow connected to his own family.
And at the center of it all is his mother, Alice Jason, a warm, caring woman affectionately called "Mother" by the entire neighborhood. A title that may be far more literal than anyone realizes.
In a city where everyone hides extraordinary secrets behind ordinary lives, staying normal may just be the hardest thing after all.
