Asia stands divided, spheres of influence battling for supremacy. China and India engage in territorial disputes and proxy conflicts, fixated on external dominance, while internal conflicts fester. In Africa, ethnic tensions and economic unrest brought by the Great Famine led to most of the continent falling into chaos and anarchy, only exacerbated by outside forces seizing the opportunity to further their own interests. However, in a small part of Europe, a seemingly irrelevant country makes its move to take control of destiny and perhaps change the fate of humanity forever...

Season 3 talks about Isak, a friend of Eva and Jonas who struggles with his sexuality after seeing a handsome guy in his school. Season 4 finally tackles about Sana, a girl from the girl squad who is a Muslim which tackles religious rights and prejudices from others.
