Mixtapes it is a book which I wrote and compiled consisting of different literary works ranging from Poems, Proms up to Short stories. It was a first time project which I wrote, some of the works I wrote basing on prompts given for contests and others I took from theme which were to be included in anthologies, others I just had ideas which I needed to write them down. Only thing I can add it’s that mixtapes is an enjoyable and entertaining book.

Ace is a Young man Don't know anything about the history of his Clan, Through Suffering ang pain he will uncover the Dark truth about his family legacy

When Arden Blackwood is quietly sent out of London to Lagos, Nigeria, it isn’t for adventure or escape—it’s for survival. The son of a powerful man with dangerous enemies, Arden’s life has always been guarded, calculated, and controlled. Nigeria is meant to be a hiding place. A pause. Nothing more. But Lagos refuses to be quiet. Thrust into a city that is loud, chaotic, and unapologetically alive, Arden struggles to blend in while carrying the weight of a past that won’t let him rest. Every unfamiliar street and every lingering stare reminds him that danger has not been left behind—it has only followed him at a distance. Then he meets Ifeoma. Ife is everything Arden is not—bold, observant, sharp-tongued, and deeply rooted in her world. She navigates Lagos with confidence and humor, sees through pretense easily, and has no patience for secrets that don’t make sense. What begins as a series of awkward encounters and cultural mishaps slowly turns into something neither of them expected: a connection that feels effortless, dangerous, and impossible to ignore. As their bond deepens, Arden’s carefully guarded life begins to unravel. His enemies draw closer, and the threats he thought he’d escaped resurface with greater intensity. Determined to protect Ife, Arden tries to distance himself, believing love is a liability he cannot afford. But Ife refuses to be pushed aside, sensing that the truth he hides is far bigger than fear alone. Caught between loyalty and desire, safety and honesty, Arden must confront the reality that running has only delayed the inevitable. And Ife must decide whether loving someone with shadows in his past is a risk worth taking. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Lagos, Mixed Love is a story of culture, identity, danger, and unexpected romance—where two worlds collide, secrets test the limits of trust, and love proves to be the most powerful—and perilous—force of all.

It was my reflection... but it wasn't me. Her skin was pale, her expression colder, crueler - and her eyes glowed bright red. I took a shaky step backward, my eyes never leaving the mirror. My reflection didn't move. That's when I froze. She tilted her head - slow, deliberate - like a doll coming to life. Then suddenly- "Oh my gosh, just quit pretending already!" she snapped, stomping her foot. I flinched. The sound cracked through the silence like a gunshot, echoing in every direction. Her eyes locked onto mine. I couldn't move. There was something in her gaze - not anger, not hatred. Power. She was made of it. Radiating fear like heat off asphalt. She sighed, rolling her eyes with venomous boredom. "You're acting like she was your first kill," she said through gritted teeth. I just stared, my mouth open. Speechless. Because the worst part was... I wasn't sure she was wrong. After studying my expression, she smiled - slow and crooked - a satisfied grin that slithered down my spine. "Anyway," she said, casually brushing imaginary dust off her shoulder, "just thought it right to remind you of your most recent accidents before we note down your next one." My heart skipped. I furrowed my brow, searching her eyes - looking for any flicker of sarcasm, any crack in the madness. Nothing. **Mara Luther thought she was just another spoiled rich girl with a chaotic life. Then the world ripped everything from her hands. What rises from the ruins isn't a victim, but the long-buried truth: Mara is the reincarnation of an ancient empress whose return signals a storm the universe has been terrified of for centuries. Fu Xiaoxiao transmigrates into a book and immediately faces the crisis of being sent to the countryside. As the unloved middle child, her younger sister is the one meant to go — but her mother transfers her job to the sister instead. A disaster of a start. To avoid being sent away, she has to marry within seven days. She meets a few ordinary men and decides she'd rather go to the countryside. Then she runs into a neighbor who's also looking for a spouse — and his conditions are surprisingly good. A dowry of three hundred? Bicycles and a radio? Just take care of the kids, and separate rooms are fine? The others may pass, but she won't. Every day is a battle of wits with the two kids. Life is eventful, she gets a salary every month, and the boss is never home. Absolutely perfect. Except... wasn't this big shot supposed to be infertile? Then why does he keep strutting around naked in front of her? She has professional ethics. She won't be seduced by a good body. Hmph. Men only slow down her sword swing. Lu Feng grits his teeth at Fu Xiaoxiao, who remains completely unmoved by his countless attempts to seduce her, and traps her in his arms. "Boss, let's talk this through. I know forty a month is a bit much — how about... five less?" Trapped in his embrace, Fu Xiaoxiao thinks he's unhappy with her high salary and starts bargaining. "I'm giving myself to you for free." Lu Feng grinds out through clenched teeth. This woman has no heart. "...Can I say no?" Fu Xiaoxiao swallows, staring at the washboard abs so close. "Such a good deal — are you sure you don't want it?" Lu Feng squints, tempting her. "Fine." A fool turns down a bargain.
