Humans fought among themselves using the power in order to rule the planet until nature and the animals fought the humans to a standstill forcing the humans to occupy only a third of the planet. Now, forced into such a small area by comparison humans needed to be held accountable for their crimes against one another and one such criminal has been tasked with upholding that goal.
