Anhua was a county under the jurisdiction of Yiyang City, Hunan Province, the People's Republic of China. It was located in the north of Hunan Province and the northern part of the Xuefeng Mountains. It borders Taojiang and Ningxiang in the east and Xupu and Yuanling in the west. It has jurisdiction over 19 towns and 4 villages. Swallow Bridge is located in the sixth group of Qi 'an Village, Meicheng Town, Anhua County, above Yixi. It was built during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1736 - 1796), and the current building was built in the second year of Daoguang (1822).
