The Faithful Friend was a fairy tale by the British writer Oscar Wilde. It was included in the collection of fairy tales, The Happy Prince and Other Stories, and was first published in 1888. This fairy tale told the story of the kind little Hans selflessly giving up for his so-called " friend ", the miller, but he did not receive the corresponding return.
